To “regain mental acuity” after a stroke, Sister Kathleen decided simply to write a short story about her life. That short story transformed into a heartwarming memoir of three sisters who grew up on a ranch in the Arkansas River Valley near Buena Vista, Colorado. In “Three Nuns from the Ranch”, each sister shares inspiring memories of a happy childhood which instilled a deep love of family, nature, and God. Each sister also recounts her significant and committed work in various Benedictine missions around the state of Colorado and elsewhere. The book is both historically and spiritually enlightening!
