Our 6th grade class did an AMAZING job with their wax museum! Choosing a Greek god or goddess, writing their own monologue to summarize their life, and becoming that god or goddess before our very eyes is a perfect example of classical education in action! This class is a great group of kids and we are so proud of them. Can you spot Zeus, Hera, Aphrodite, Demeter, Persephone, Artemis, Apollo, Hermes, and Athena?

Our Extreme Lenten Project comes to a close with GREAT success! Today at morning assembly, we displayed all of the items headed to Columbia Elementary School. We are SO amazed by all of the donations you and your families have brought in. The Extreme Lenten Project was developed 14 years ago so we can focus on Christ's journey to the cross during Lent. We extend fellowship and solidarity to everyone in the world to reflect the blessings that God gives us because of Christ's sacrifice. Item round up: - 28 coats - 48 pairs of shoes - 50 pillows - 211 hats, scarves, and gloves - 386 pairs of socks - 269 toothbrushes, toothpaste, mouth wash, and floss - 283 blankets - 500+ pieces of clothing - 407 hand/feet warmers - 805 boxes of cereal, dinners, drinks, and snacks - 55 lbs 6 oz of lotion, deodorant, and shampoo Total: ~2872 items and 56 pounds of toiletries!
